Sausage, Bean and Chorizo casserole....


8 sausages
50g chorizo (you can use more or less but I used half a 100g pack so I could save some for the paella)
1 tin of baked beans
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 small onion, finely chopped (or a handful of frozen chopped onion)
1 green chilli, again finely chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
2 crushed garlic gloves
Mixed herbs to taste
  • Lightly brown the sausages in a pan for a few minutes.
  • While the sausages are browning, add everything else to the slow cooker.
  • When the sausages are brown, add them to the slow cooker.
  • I cook it on high for 2-3 hours but you can leave it on a lower heat for longer.
