With the weather turning colder this weekend, I have a week of winter warmers planned. Plus I have been sent a Flavour Savor from Morphy Richards to review, so we are putting it through it's paces. Yesterday was mince and onions with crispy dumplings for lunch, so today is all about using up leftovers.
Monday, slow-cooked leftover cottage pie (mince, onions, leftover vegetables topped with mash and cheese)
Tuesday, squash stew with homemade bread Ala Nigel Slater
Wednesday, slow cooked fish curry, made with haddock fillets supplied by fish is the dish
Thursday Jacket potatoes with toppings
Friday, Homemade fish and chips
Saturday, children's party, so eating out
Sunday, Roast Chicken and all the trimmings
